Temple of the Twelve: Experiential Journal

Temple of the Twelve: Experiential Journal is co-authored by Esmerelda Little Flame and David Babulski. The journal is meant to be the response to those who have read Temple of the Twelve - Novice of Colors and have told the author, "I wish I could do what Caroline did and work with the Colors. I wish I could follow along with her."
In Temple of the Twelve - Novice of Colors, Caroline is given a task from each of the Twelve Colors. The task is related to the message of that particular color. For example, Pink asked Caroline to work with her three greatest heart wounds. In the Experiential Journal, the reader is asked to complete tasks along with Caroline "Little Bird". Ideas are presented in the Journal which offer projects, meditation questions and ways in which you can connect to the Colors. There is a section of ideas for working with the Colors with children, as well. The nature of color, both from a scientific point of view and a spiritual point of view is discussed. The authors hope that readers will let them know their experiences with the Journal, and share their journey into the world of the Colors. Temple of the Twelve: Experiential Journal is available from the publisher, Andborough Publishing http://www.andborough.com/
Temple of the Twelve Vol. One: Novice of Colors

Temple of the Twelve Vol. One: Novice of Colors is the story of Caroline "Little Bird". Caroline lives on a world called Chroinia. In ancient times, the humans on Chroinia served the Divine which was manifest as the Twelve Colors, but many on this world have grown farther away from the old traditions and do not believe in the Twelve anymore. Caroline enters the Temple of the Twelve, which many cannot even find and consider a legend, as a Novice at age 16. The Twelve Colors appear to her in human form, in order to teach their lessons in a way that she can more easily understand. On every New Moon, one more of the Twelve appears to her, and gives her a task to complete. The task relates to an aspect of the Divine manifest as the Color who is working with her. If Caroline can complete all twelve tasks given to her, she can be initiated a Priestess of the Twelve. But it is long and difficult journey - and she begins to realize that even if she becomes a Priestess, her work is only just beginning. Caroline is meant to bridge the Old Ways and the new world that is evolving, she is meant to be a part of keeping the Colors from fading away from Chroinia entirely. To succeed in this will take all her strength - but as Caroline's love of the Twelve deepens, she begins to understand that she will do anything for the love of them. Anything at all. Temple of the Twelve Volume Two: Flight of Colors

The Temple of the Twelve series continues with Volume Two: Flight of Colors, in which the story of Caroline's sister is told. What happened to Serenity when the ancient clan took her away from her family? What was life really like for her in the clan? How did she become Flight? And how did her world change when at last she was able to talk with her twin sister again? What does the world of Chroinia look like from the perspective of those who are still living the ancient ways?

Amazon.com Book Summary: Flight of the Clan of Silver... she was born into Chroinia, a world that for centuries has worshipped the Twelve (Colors) but is losing its connection to spirituality and magic. Would you like to live in a world of colors? Would you like to never lose sight of their power, beauty, and meaning? Sometimes it seems like our world is similar to the people in Chroinia - we just don't seem to care enough about the colors of life anymore. Flight, Daughter of the Clan of Silver, cares. She cares enough to follow the Twelve (Colors) as they lead her into a mission of great danger. She cares enough to risk her life for them. Flight inspires the people around her to care, no matter what the world around them says about magic, no matter what the colors of life may ask of them. She reminds us that we can pretend the colors- and all the love behind the colors - is not really there. Yet that love never goes away, not really, not ever. Gentle Pink, volatile Red, mystical Black, enchanting Silver - the Twelve all capture our hearts. They remind us of who we are and what really matters to us. In the future volumes, we find out if the ancient Clans who worship the Twelve survive. We all need them to - and not only in Chroinia. We need their lessons to survive in our own hearts.
